- in the same way
Thought creates all our perceptions



'Impoverished' is a state of mind


The Dalai lama - had to flee his homeland
This Simple Monk who's possessions consist of basics;
robes, spectacles, mala, bowl
Tenzon Palmo has 'nothing'

Dalai Lama and so many others 'lost everything'

yet never feel impoverished

In a similar situation
most would see themselves as paupers
and experience Lack

These beings
the Dalai Lama, Gandhi...
who cleave not to material power
have the power

to change the world

they never use force

the ego
is mortal
so when the body is threatened
instinctual fight/flight sets in

From a spiritual perspective

the more we develop

the less fear we experience

the less we resist

the more we let go

go with the flow

accept/surrender

the more we surrender

the less we fear

the more obstacles are removed

from who we truly are

... this is how 'we' disappear
